A twilight grove of paper lanterns. Swipe the glowing letters to spell words and light up every stone rune in the crossword.

Spell from the Wheel
A handful of glowing letters wait at the bottom of the grove. Drag your finger across them to spell a word.

Connect Continuously
Letters connect in any order, but your finger has to stay on the screen. Lift to submit. You can use each letter once per word.

Light the Runes
Words from the puzzle's solution slot into the stone runes overhead and light them up. Bonus words you find score extra glow.

Light Every Rune
Find every word in the grid to finish the round. Hints from the lanternkeeper are available if a word is hiding from you.
Four difficulty levels
Every level keeps its own streak, best and high score, so climbing costs you nothing.

- Four letters. A small grove - three runes to light, no surprises.
- Medium
- Five letters, familiar mix. A fuller crossword the wheel can untangle.
- Hard
- Five letters from sparser tiles - Y, Z, K and friends. Fewer bonus traps; harder finds.
- Very Hard
- Six letters. A whole crossword forest of overlapping words.
Word Search plays completely offline
Every round of Word Search is generated, played and saved on your own device. There is no account, no sync and no server to reach, so it works the same on a plane, in a tunnel or with the phone in airplane mode. Word Search also takes its turn as the daily puzzle, one shared board a day that is identical on every device.

How hard does Word Search get?
There are four levels. Easy is "Four letters. A small grove - three runes to light, no surprises." Very Hard is "Six letters. A whole crossword forest of overlapping words." Your streak, best and high score are tracked separately for each level, so moving up never costs you what you earned lower down.
