How to play Block Puzzle

Sew a cozy quilt one patch at a time. Drag three printed patches each round onto the wooden frame. Fill any row or column to stitch it in and score big.

Three Patches, Your Choice

Each round the bee offers three printed patches. Drag any of them onto the wooden frame in any order.
Place Anywhere They Fit

Patches don't rotate. Drop them anywhere there's space. The squares of the frame have to be empty.
Fill Rows or Columns to Score

Complete any row or column of the frame to stitch it in. The squares clear and you score. Chain multiple lines in one drop for a quilt bonus.
Until There's No Room

When none of the next three patches will fit anywhere, the round ends. Plan ahead so the big pieces always have a home.

Four difficulty levels

Every level keeps its own streak, best and high score, so climbing costs you nothing.

Easy: Roomy 9×9 quilt and small patches. Plenty of space to plan.
Medium: Standard 8×8 quilt. Mix of small and large patches.
Hard: Same 8×8 quilt, but the basket leans toward room-eating pieces.
Very Hard: Tight 7×7 quilt and the biggest patches show up most. Every placement matters.

Hex panes, three-axis clears

How Hex Block Puzzle differs

Stained-Glass Panes, Hex Frame The lantern is a hexagonal frame. Each round three glass shards drift down. Drag them onto any empty panes that fit.
Three Axes, Not Two A hex frame has three sets of parallel lines, not two. A line runs from one side of the lantern straight across to the opposite side.
Light Up a Line to Clear It Complete any straight line, east-west, northeast-southwest, or northwest-southeast, and the lantern lights through those panes, clearing them. Chain lines for a stained-glass bonus.
Until Nothing Fits When none of the next three shards have a home, the round ends. Save room for the room-eating pieces, the flower especially.

Every round of Block Puzzle is generated, played and saved on your own device. There is no account, no sync and no server to reach, so it works the same on a plane, in a tunnel or with the phone in airplane mode.
