How to play Falling Blocks
Stack falling wood as it tumbles into the alcove. Fill a row to feed the fire, and keep the woodbox tidy before it spills over.

Pieces Drop In
Wood-shaped blocks tumble one by one into the alcove. Slot them tight. The woodbox loses if a piece can't land.

Move, Rotate, Drop
Drag left or right to slide the falling piece. Tap to rotate (left half spins counter-clockwise, right half clockwise). Pull down slowly for a soft drop, or flick up quickly to hard drop it home.

Fill Rows to Burn
A complete row clears into the fire and scores. Stack multiple rows in one drop for a bigger reward.

Don't Spill Over
If the stack reaches the top of the alcove, the round ends. Keep things low and even to last as long as you can.
Four difficulty levels
Every level keeps its own streak, best and high score, so climbing costs you nothing.
- Easy
- Slow drops with a ghost preview. Plenty of room to plan each piece.
- Medium
- Classic pacing. Pieces fall steadily, ghost preview on. The standard woodbox.
- Hard
- Quicker drops and no ghost preview. You'll need to picture the landing yourself.
- Very Hard
- Top-speed drops with no ghost and no hold box. You get a next preview, and that's all the help you'll find.

Every round of Falling Blocks is generated, played and saved on your own device. There is no account, no sync and no server to reach, so it works the same on a plane, in a tunnel or with the phone in airplane mode.
